Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern bookings and participation with Las Vegas Paddleboard LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an activity, rental, or tour through our website, phone, third-party booking platforms, or in person, you agree to these Terms.
Reservations & Payment
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Prices are per person or per unit as listed and subject to availability.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity receive a full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the activity may receive a reschedule credit or partial refund at our discretion.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
Weather & Environmental Conditions
Activities operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by Las Vegas Paddleboard.
We may cancel, delay, or modify activities due to weather, water conditions, wind, lightning, or safety concerns.
If we cancel for safety reasons, guests may receive a reschedule credit or refund at our discretion.
Weather-related discomfort alone does not guarantee a refund.
Late Arrivals
Guests must arrive at the designated time listed in their confirmation.
Late arrivals may forfeit participation without refund if the activity cannot be delayed.
Safety & Participation
All participants must follow staff instructions and safety rules.
We reserve the right to deny or terminate participation for:
• Unsafe behavior
• Failure to follow instructions
• Intoxication
• Health concerns
• Aggressive or disruptive conduct
No refund is required in these cases.
Alcohol & Drugs
Participation while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing medication is strictly prohibited.
We may refuse service without refund for safety reasons.
Age Requirements
Minimum age requirements vary by activity and must be met.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise stated.
Equipment Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the care of equipment during their rental or tour.
Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment may be charged to the card on file.
Charges will reflect repair or replacement costs.
Photography & Media
By participating, guests acknowledge that photographs or video may be taken during activities as described in our waiver and privacy policy.
Guests may request exclusion prior to the activity.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Guests agree to contact us first to resolve billing concerns.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in supporting documentation being submitted to payment processors, including signed waivers and booking records.
Assumption of Risk & Waiver
Participation requires execution of our liability waiver.
Failure to sign the waiver prior to participation will result in denial of service without refund.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Third-Party Booking Platforms
Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their policies in addition to ours.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The most current version will be posted on our website.
