Where do I check in?

When you come down the hill after entering the park you will see the staging area on the left for all tours & rentals, this is Kayak Beach. Park as close to Kayak Beach as possible. Look for our guide staff and company vehicles on the shoreline at Kayak Beach — and let the adventure begin! (note: we are not the marina)

Can beginners rent paddle boards here?

Yes! Our wide, stable boards are great for first-timers and we’ll give you tips before you launch. However, we do not recommend paddling all the way to Emerald Cave if it’s your very first time.

Is there a park entry fee?

Yes, you will need to pay the entry fee into park with a credit card.

Can I paddle to Emerald Cave?

Yes! It’s a 4-mile round trip and takes 2–4 hours. A popular destination and absolutely worth it for those with the stamina and experience to make the roundtrip paddle.

What should I bring?

We monitor weather conditions daily. If there’s a weather-related safety issue, we’ll contact you to reschedule. However, wind and heat are common in the desert—please plan accordingly.
